We remotely install the software via the internet and also give remote support in the same way but can post the software via Royal Mail if needed and on request.

Returns Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our software, please contact us with your details and we can arrange an upgrade or refund where appropriate.

Requests for a full refund must be received within 14 days of purchase and the contact details must match those we have on record. We can only refund the original customer and refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.

Since we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit, we advise that you send the goods back to us by recorded post.
